This 40" tall Crucifix was crafted in France by a French artisan and restored by us many years ago. It's one of the most beautiful, moving depictions of Christ. Allow me 2 weeks to make one for you.

Allow 2 weeks to create your Crucifix. This is a 40” tall Crucifix The body of Christ is 24” tall. Crafted in France in a small village by a French artisan. Other than that, little is known or can be found about this corpus of Christ. I purchased it many years ago on eBay. When it arrived it was broken in a few places as it was made from what seemed to be a type of plaster Paris. Beat up by years of wear. I decided to take on the task of restoring it. It became a very spiritual undertaking. The face has been changed a bit, and this part of the Body of Christ is what strikes many the hardest. I believe the artist may have intended it to resemble Christ face on the Shroud of Turin. People are moved by this representation deeply. As am I always. It is a pleasure to be able to make each one. My passion you might say. I would absolutely love to make one for you. Takes a couple weeks from start to finish. I like the bronze tone body with the Crown of thorns and the Garment in Gold. A Natural pine cross is my favorite. Dark Walnut all squared is popular as well. I get the pine Cross wood from the Northern California forest where our devastating fires have taken place.
